THE BIBLICAL PRINCIPLE TO ELEVATION, ACCELERATION AND STABILITY

INTRODUCTION

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:30).

  1. Introduction

It is very important to wait upon the LORD and the verse of the above Scripture have automatically divided this message into three part and the topic equally does the same. According to the uniform testimony of the Bible Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes eat in the morning! Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness! (Ecclesiastes 10:16-17)

2. The Command That Must Be Obeyed

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith He, ye have heard of me (Acts 1:4)

They obeyed and continued with one accord in prayer and supplication (Acts 1:14)

3. The Benefits of Waiting Upon the LORD

When you wait upon the LORD you will renew your strength and

  • Mount Up With Wings As Eagles (Elevation) Monday 17th February
  • Run and Not Be Weary (Acceleration) Tuesday 18th February
  • Walk and Not Stumble (Stability) Wednesday 19th February.
