09 Jan IN THE BEGINNING
I welcome you all to this New Year and I wish you all a very Happy, Healthy,Peaceful and Prosperous New Year in Jesus name Amen. My apologies for my late publication, of a truth man plans but God decides.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1)
This gives no room for Atheism that says there is no God or Polytheism that posits that there many gods, It gives no place for Omnitheism that believes in all gods or Evolution that postulates that the higher form of life evolved from lower ones, Fatalism believes that life has no definite purpose, while Materialism believes on the physical alone and not physical .It makes rubbish of Deism that says that there is a Supreme who only created the world but not interested in what happens and allows it to function on itself and of Pantheism that says that there is no personal being called God. Agnosticism says that there is no sufficient evidence to prove that God exists, though there may be a God.
However according to the uniform and truthful testimony of the Scriptures in the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth.
It is written that, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made (John 1:1-3)
You must understand that, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
CORRECTION
Atheism
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done ne abominable works, there is none that doeth good (Psalm 14:1)
Polytheism
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD (Deuteronomy 6:4) There is only one God.
Omnitheism
I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations (Psalms 82:6-8).
You should only believe in the Lord God that is one and that will inherit all nations.
Evolution
The earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods (Psalm 24:1-2)
Again it is written, I will praise thee; I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well (Psalm 139:14)
Fatalism
Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; I have made him (Isaiah 43:7)
This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise (Isaiah 43:21)
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is (Ephesians 5:15-17)
Materialism
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven (Mathew 6:10)
This proves that the world consists of the spiritual as well as the physical and man consist of spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
Deism
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup (Psalm 11:4-6)
Pantheism
Know ye that the LORD he is God: It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; and we are his people, and the sheep of his pastures (Psalm 100:3)
Agnosticism
For the invisible things of Him from creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and God head; so that they are without excuse (Romans 1:21)
INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS
The Scripture says that, There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (Proverbs 14:12) for God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18)
Atheism, Polytheism, Omnitheism, Evolution, Fatalism, Materialism, Deism, Pantheism, Agnosticism may be a way that seems right to a man but remember that it is written again for emphasis, There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (Proverbs 16:25) You don’t have to die the death of a fool ( 2 Samuel 3:33) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23)
Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no man cometh unto the Father but by Jesus (John 14:6) for it is written, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12)
Paul the apostle exhorted his son in the faith Timothy, O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen ( 1 Timothy 6:20-21)
If you are not born again, repent from your sins today and surrender your life to Jesus.
Finally, Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light (Ephesians 5:14)
