HIS TENDER MERCIES OVER ALL HIS WORKS

The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. The LORD is good to all: and His tender mercies are over all His works (Psalm 145:8-9).

✓ The Mercies of God

Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy (James 5:11).

The tender mercies of God are all over His works and you are the work of God’s hands and God will never forsake or fail you (Psalm 138:8) for as it is written For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10) therefore is written that Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven (Mathew 5:16).

Concerning the righteous and the wicked it is written that A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel (Proverbs 12:10).

You don’t have to be wicked for The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God (Psalm 9:17). The tender mercies of God have been ever of old (Psalm 25:6) and they are all over His works (Psalm 145:9)

✓ Prayer For Forgiveness

The Scripture says that For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not (Ecclesiastes 7:20).

However, it does not mean habitual sin, besetting sin, wilful transgression, premeditated sin or presumption sin but accidental sin or unintentional sin.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin (Psalm 51:1-2)

✓ Bless The LORD

Daily Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalm 103: 1-5)

✓ Doing The Work of God

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful (Luke 6:36)
